If you wish to return your order within 28 Days, you have two options: and for certain itemsspecific
1. You can bring the items along with your invoice to our branch.
2. Alternatively, you can request a returns form, fill it out, and send it along with the item(s) to us using your local post office.
Please note that for certain items, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
**Under 28 Days:** We understand how frustrating it can be when an item is faulty. Rest assured, if this happens to you, we will arrange to collect it from you at no charge and provide you with either an exchange or a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
**Over 28 Days:** If your item is beyond the 28-day period, we recommend checking if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair service, warranty service, or a collection and repair option. If you find there’s no warranty or repair service available, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email or visit our branch. Our team is here to support you and help you figure out the next steps.
If you need to cancel or return your order, we’re here to help! Just make sure to send the Goods back to us along with the original packaging. We ask that you do this within 14 days of letting us know about the return—this really helps us process everything smoothly. If we’ve given you the go-ahead to dispose of the Goods instead, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions, especially for any hazardous items. When returning the Goods, please include all components, any promotional items you received (like free gifts), or discounted products as well.
