Mega Foam 2‑in‑1 PU 750 ml is a high-yield, dual‑purpose expanding polyurethane foam that functions both as an aerosol and a gun-grade foam with the use of a dedicated applicator. Its universal valve system allows for spraying at any angle—360°—without the risk of corrosion or clogging. Once dispensed, the foam expands approximately 1.5 to 2 times, filling cracks, gaps, and voids efficiently. It adheres strongly to a wide range of common building materials (wood, concrete, stone, plaster, metal, PVC, polystyrene) but not to low‑surface‑energy plastics like polyethylene or silicone.

Fast curing—tack-free within about 6–10 minutes and fully cured in under 8 hours—ensures quick project turnaround. The cured foam is rigid and predominantly closed-cell, offering excellent thermal insulation (λ ≈ 0.033 W/m·K), acoustic dampening, and structural stability across temperatures from –50 °C to +90 °C. It meets DIN 4102‑1 B3 standards and is low‑shrinking, reducing stress on installed components.
