Pay for your order
When you've got everything you need, go to your basket and checkout. Choose your preferred delivery date - we won't take payment until the order is checked and confirmed.
We’ll be in touch
You'll receive two emails from us: the first to tell you we've received and are processing your order, and the second to confirm your order and delivery date.

Where do you deliver?
We’re currently delivering within a 15 mile radius of our branches. You can find your nearest branch using our branch finder. Please note that deliveries are subject to availability and location.
Do I need to be there when the order is delivered?
Yes – you, or someone over the age of 18, needs to be present. All deliveries are delivered to the kerbside only.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our large bulky delivery service is free for orders over £150 ex VAT. Orders under £150 will include a delivery charge of £25 ex VAT.
When will my delivery be?
When placing your order with us, the Dial & Deliver team will let you know the next available delivery date. Deliveries are subject to availability at individual branches.
Can you deliver next day?
Most branches will be able to deliver next working day if you order before 1pm. This is subject to availability at individual branches.
